There is no doubt I got the short-end on EUA for my Tuesday flt from PHL-IAH (1677). This is a 5:35a flight, which I've often travelled. As of T-48, 11 pax have been upgraded. Of the 10+ times I've flown 1677 in last 9 months, I'm upgraded at T-120...every time.

Spoke with both elite desk & co.com support. I cannot believe that they are unable to see the EU queue...but that is what both departments told me. I was assured that because of my status, I'm automatically in the queue. Then each proceeded to quote the EUA process.

Now approaching T-24 and I just know that a Silver will get EU just prior to my OLCI.

No system is flawless and given the transparency we now have, I just don't buy the BS that CO support cannot examine the queue.
