I have never done this - but if it isnt going to be at my door and they may be out downstairs I think a lot of us might "decline" and that would take more clerical time than just delivering them

YES I am in!! Talk about adding costs!! Ira how much does it cost each location to check in and check out a guest? If we all want our .75 credit per day after the bill was printed and under our door, how much does that add to the franchisees cost?? Added paper, toner and time! And while we are at it -- I need extra towels too
