So, yeah...the blossoms were mostly done in D.C. by Thursday. I did get out for a run along the mall on Friday morning, and it was beautiful, even without the blossoms.

I stayed with a friend in Columbia Wednesday and Friday nights, and the blossoms up there were in full-bloom, so at least I wasn't completely shut out, even if it wasn't the location I was hoping to see!
