Very useful information. We were hardly aware of the shuttle and took a chance on it for the first time a couple of days ago and made our 20-minute connection.

Slightly OT - I waited upwards of 10 minutes for our gate-checked bag to arrive in the jetway after getting off the CRJ and there were several people with tight connections still waiting when I sprinted up the jetway.

Is this common at ORD? It's the longest we've ever waited for a gate-checked bag and we've flown UX Express a fair amount over the past several years.
