You are right. You didn't say anything about roaming. I was thinking about another poster who mentioned that "the exchange person activated roaming with a smile."
So it's pre-paid free roaming for pre-paid customers.
Thanks for the information. On my last three rips to Singapore, I didn't stay there long enough to need a SIM.
