Indeed, it's prime space: right outside the exits to the two quickest security lines (the elite line and checkpoint 3, i.e., the one all the way to the left). Plus, it has some of the better food in the airport (Tapenade); for Chicago specialties, Vosges Haut-Chocolat is right there and the Goose Island kiosk in T2 is just down the hall.
