You raise a good point -- I know you can change the e-mail in the OP a/c, so it does seem odd that even CO can't change the e-mail on a reservation.
In the future, if you are booking an award tkt for someone else, you can put their e-mail address in their info. & still look at it through 'my account' on your OP a/c since it's booked from your OP a/c.
