I thought this would work as I will get my checked bags at IAD customs then get on the flight to ORD. Will UA have any problems with me attempting this? More importantly, will .bomb allow me to check-in for the IAD-ORD flight when I'm already checked in for the IAD-NYC flight? I know this sounds crazy, but it was much cheaper than changing my original itin. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated!
Never tried anything similar but I don't foresee any problems. IMO, .bomb will let you check in for both of your flights and you'll just have to skip the last leg of your original itin. Maybe someone with first hand experience can confirm but I think you'd be fine.
