Doesn't the Touch itself have a web browser that could access, say Snapfish, oFoto, Picasas, etc. and then let you upload photos taken with the Touch that way (just like on a laptop or desktop). Alternative, doesn't the Apple App store have uploaders available from various photo sharing sites.
it has a browser, plus there are a lot of apps that can automate uploading to the various sites.
