It depends on which interisland carrier. If Hawaian I would say about 10 minutes or maybe 15. If Aloha Island air or other small carriers it is another 10 minutes. I seem to remember that the AA club is shared with Qantas and is not close to the AA gates. It is in a different terminal location. The AA gates are 15 16 or something close to those numbers.
