I "bought" an award ticket for my daughter. For booking I entered my info (email, etc.) - her name. There is no option to enter a OP # other than the one from which the miles come from. Now that it's booked, I tried to change the email address to be hers. No dice - there's no option online. I emailed co.com support, they informed me that there is no way to change the email address entered when the reservation is created.
In this case, I'd *like* any trip update emails to go to her, not me. In the broader sense, what happens if one's email changes after booking?
Seems that this ought to be something doable.
And if not, in the future, I'll book all my award tickets with a one-time address I'll create - then just forward as appropriate.
When you created her record, you weren't able to put her e-mail address in? I booked an award tkt for a friend & while my OP # came up (since the miles came from my a/c), all the e-mails went to the friend, as I set it up that way with the passenger info.
