If they sell you the tix, it means you shouldn't worry - it's up to MA to deliver you there
Really it's up to how on time your incoming is and there's no way of saying beforehand.
I wouldn't dare to make any comments on the luggage, as I travel 90% of the time with hand luggage only, so not much experience here.
