Almost every airline (DL included) uses the SUMAQ Lounge, which is the first of the two VIP lounges.
It is operated on behalf of the the airlines by a third-party. It has plenty of top-shelf drinks (bartender), juice/snacks, PCs, etc.
And does one get access to lounge when upgraded from coach to first (or now BE for that matter)?
