I guess it depends on the reason for your RTW. There are ways to optimize based on points, etc. For example, unless you have a reason to go to HKG from ICN, why not do ICN-NRT and pick up an extra segment somewhere else?

I think there are a couple of people on here who have the contact info of a TA in ICN who can get you ticketed on AA and who takes credit card payment. FWIW, my DONE4 came our to just under 500,000 KRW in taxes, which is a sizeable savings from what you have here.
