No upgrade for this Platinum either!
Room is much smaller than I have experienced in NYC.
No greetings from the check-in staff, one of my keys didn't work in the elevator, and neither worked for my room. Call the front desk from the in-house phone on my floor, but no on enswered. Had to to all the way down to the front desk and wait in line again. No apologies!
