i'm confused. your most frequent destination is SE Asia, yet you don't do that much intl travel?
if moving to anything, i would do ua, since they fly their own metal to asia (jfk/pek/nrt/sin/pvg etc), but i wouldn't do aa. you can also take the PS flight from JFK to SFO which i did my first route on that in biz class using e500 stickers, and i LOVED that plane soooooooo much.
ua will status match you.
i don't know anything about dl/nw so can't really compare.
