The trip was fantastic and I still do not know why West Texas gets a bad rap. There are actually some really nice retreats and spas out there and it is true isolation and removal from society (if that's what a person is after).

It is a beautiful part of the country that is too often forgotten. Driving down a two lane highway at 80 miles an hour at an altitude of 8,000 ft. is a great experience.

The S/O was upset that AA does not serve any kind of snack in Y for breakfast and took note that they did not serve anything in F either (she was at the bulkhead). She was proud of herself earning us $300 in vouchers though.
