I will have requalified CO GOLD on Sunday. I think I'll stop there. I have a couple of CO e-cert worth $125+ each. If I go back to UA, I'll give those out to box'ers.

If the DEQM is that big of a draw for you, you weren't worth it for CO anyway

In fact I got to thinking how bad these DEQMs are for these companies, others arguing how it will draw money, I think it may very well be a nail in the coffin. With the way UA has mistake fares someone could be top level elite for less than I pay CO for GRK-FLL RT, losing them money, then they move on to the next airline to get more wallet candy.
It doesn't generate IMO a loyalty that some are selfishly arguing, it generates wallet candy whores that are seeking only cheap mileage runs.
