I did not use any courier services and just mailed it to the SF Consulate. I had the wrong visa app(they called and told me), downloaded from their website and emailed it to them. I put an overnight UPS envelope in the package for them to deliver it back to me. They are pretty decent in email communication as well. So far, so good!. Ill let you all know when I get my passport back. From the list in CommunityBuzz, it seems like I will be going first. Ill let you know how it goes.
