Premex, I gather that you don't have US status? I am just curious how you wound up with e-upgrades?

I guess the problem could be that one has to be eligible as a US to use one's e-upgrade bank. I am and therefore have no problem. Since you are only eligible via UA then you apparently have to buy these special upgrades. That could be the unfortunate explanation.
