In note 11 above, headinclouds reported that he had booked an itinerary where the first two legs were

ICN (JL) NRT
stopover
NRT (AA) JFK

and in his note 16, this JL itinerary (ticketed by QF) had no YQ Airline Fuel Surcharge of any kind. I tried replicating that and can't ---- can you?
