Hi folks. I am newish to the CO forum, a recent refugee from the dark side (Skyteam). Perhaps everyone else knows about this, but can someone clue me in as to why codeshare flights on ASA do not show miles (EQM or otherwise) on a trip summary? I am booked on an itinerary that includes CO 3575 SLC-IAH in W, and that leg shows a blank for miles. 100% of zero to be sure, but still zero, and the trip total ignores this leg. A call to CO elite desk did not help. Thanks in advance.
