I guess he was impressed (or scared?) enough by the fact that I took the effort to actually come to his home.

He wasn't even home when I showed up twice on one day, but I spoke with his neighbours and the janitor (Hauswart) that were there (not mentioning why, but that I was looking for Mr. XX). When he didn't open the door (no name on the name plate at the door bell, by the way), I left a print-out of my last e-mail with a polite, hand-written note on his door to transfer my points within 4 days or I would take legal action.

As soon as I returned home, he called me up, telling me he was told that a tall, big guy showed up at his place looking for him and asking whether that had been me? He obviously didn't expect that anybody would actually do something about it and would just let CHF 700.-- (in my case) disappear without action. Anyways, the points were transferred while on the phone and the case would have been closed. Would, because later that day he left me three negative feedbacks on Ricardo, so I had to get in contact with them again, explaining the whole situation and the feedbacks were removed.

The thing I don't get is why Ricardo wasn't doing anything about this earlier (like banning him from Ricardo), while they have known for weeks from various buyers that he wasn't delivering goods that had been paid for in advance...
