As he enrolled in ricardo just some time ago - it might be possible that he had a previous account (and a new one today). Having a bunch of good reports and than stopping to deliver items is not that atypical...
I had some few minor issues (e.g. once a seller sent me a necklet instead of my points, once I transferred a too low amount of Superpoints - was my fault). But everything was fixed in a reasonable time - without baseball bat ^
