I also fell in love with Pho and probably even more bun bo hue (although don't really now what is what exactly).

I've visited:

Saigon Pho in Hong Kong(my 1st time) several differnt kinds available very, very tasty. I know of two places, one right in Causeway Bay the other one in Wan Chai (Hennesy Rd i think, this is).

VIET in London also really tasty. Its in Soho where all other restaurants are, off shaftesbury ave. Theres often a little waiting for a seat. Good sign imho.

Zurich: Petit Saigon, small place in Wiedikon but the just sell beef soup, standard pho with the usual condiments, still very good and sofar they only one i had in Switzerland.
