Bangkok International Dental Center and Bumrungrad both have websites. I know BIDC lists costs. I've been to Bumrungrad for medical and BIDC for dental and have also referred several people to BIDC - all have been happy. My son had his wisdom teeth removed there and they did a great job and had a far less aggressive approach than the oral surgeon in the US. I have had crowns applied at BIDC and my dentist in the US told me they were done very well. I know BIDC sees a lot of ex-pats who work for Chevron, but I'm sure Bumrungrad does too. My guess is you will be happy with either.
