Actually, I'm a proponent of brand loyalty, and I am loyal to Delta, so that is part of the reason I have a club membership with them. I also like that I have access to the NW WCs, as the ones I have frequented are better than the DL CRCs.
They also offered a good incentive to buy the last couple of years. When you purchased or renewed in December with an Amex, they gave you two extra months. So the last two years I have gotten 28 months for the price of 24.
DL also now offers the three-year membership à la NW.
