I was treated like royalty the entire time I was there. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and always went above and beyond. The manager sent up a bottle of cava on ice on the first night with a welcome letter and later introduced himself to me and asked how my stay was going. I can confidently say that I received phenomenal treatment at this property.
