Should I complain?
I have often noticed a near by passenger talking on the cell phone after the cabin door is closed or even when the plane is taxiing. The same can be said about the use of music players.
Should I keep quiet or should I complain (if so to whom?)? If they are real security issues, I don't want a stupic passenger compromizing my safety/security as well as those of other passengers.
Just last week a passenger was chatting on the phone when the plane was ready to take off on the run way. The flight attendant had earlier asked the passenger twice to shut off the phone. She was in her seat when the passenger continued to use the phone.
What would you do?
