The majority of the flights are on CO. The Panama-Houston and then Houston-Guatemala City legs are all on CO metal. BTW, I got your PM but I'm looking for a 120k flight rather than a 60k flight. I'd rather have one large e-credit than 2 smaller ones each requiring the $200 change fee. Thanks anyways though.
At least one reported case that CO treated code-shares differently when it comes to charge cancellation fee.
So I would only book CO and CO Express (though CO Express would be operated by ExpressJet). The domestic commuters seem to be OK as XX Express, versus the real codeshares.
