I had another bad BUF HLE rental experience this weekend. That will be my first and last rental with BUF HLE.
I was contacted and asked to contribute after my posts as well but declined due to my busy travel schedule. I also felt that since I didn't rent in January 09 at all (due to my location) I wasn't a fair representation of the wider Hertz 2009 experience.
