I ended up with my SUV

By the way, I always reserve intermediate cars, never anything lower; and I use my corporate rate. My company requires me to reserve an intermediate or full size anyways...
I was just surprised by the way the person on the phone turned down the request. I was very nice, laidback and friendly to her. (I've had some really good experiences at DEN recently, and I sent out emails to the local manager and the CHM desk to get the employees recognized.)
I basically asked the employee that I talked to over the phone if it were possible to give me a large SUV that time. I explained how I either get large SUVs or Caddies and I would really appreciate the SUV this time. I was just disappointed by what the employee and her supervisor told me.
