IAH on Thursday, 19Feb2009, at about 1:00PM. TSA agent keeps getting people going through the metal detector "beeping"

TSA Agent:

"Attention people, this here machine is a metal detector. It's job is to detect metal, if you have any metal on your person, such as a watch, belt, change or cell phone, it will detect it. That is the purpose of this machine. Please remove all metal from you and put it in a bin to go through the X-Ray machine. I will not let you through if the metal detector, whose main purpose is to detect metal, detects metal. Thank you."

"Sir, you may proceed" (while I am laughing at his comments, and the Kettles who just don't understand why there watch set the machine off.)
