McCormick's Montreal Chicken Seasoning. I have no reason to believe that it has anything to do at all with Montreal, but it is delicious. Wash the bird, rub it lightly with oil, douse it in the seasoning and then stick the can in the void and grill it. About 90 minutes later you've got a pretty good roast chicken, with absolutely awesome crispy seasoned skin. It has gotten to the point now where my wife and I usually just eat all the skin off (kitchen shears help prevent burnt fingers) before sitting down to actually eat dinner.

The lone good bottle was purchased in December and I should drink that soon since it cost enough (not pricey but pricey for a non wine drinker)
When I am unsure of the wine quality of somewhere I'm going for dinner I make sure to bring something I know I know I like. Upon arrival and analysis of the situation I can easily suggest opening up mine if necessary.

Each station is required to stock comment cards. They are generally at the supervisor desk on the secure side of the WTMD. If they don't have one you can download a slightly out-of-date version from
http://www.millerworks.net/TSA-Compl...iment-Form.pdf. I need to update that at some point with the new, 5.5x8.5 version.
