I just managed to waste almost 2 hours of my time calling and holding and not being able to do what I wanted...so I called back with another itin ready to pull the trigger and they now have "computers updating" and can't book anything at all until "the computers are done updating"...

Citibank and expedia are two companies that should be shorted to the max...wait a minute, there is not that much to go with Citi anyway.

I am calling early tomorrow morning to book a DL itin for 90 TYP and then I still have another 50 TYP to use... If DL had business class fares to Hawaii I would be done now...Any ideas what to do with the other 50k TYP before March 1 are certainly welcome.
