My esperience with EW were all good.

The layout in Business is 2-2, whereby it could also be used for 2-3. Ecconomy is 3-3. For us, (3 FT'ler), the leg room was sufficient. Less leg room in row one, as usual. I would always prefer row number 2, and here D, because E should remain empty. If this is at risk, then C, because nobody (except infants) can sit in B.

The way back, I actually enjoyed a good nap the whole flight.

Service was excelent, a little bit more relaxed than SWISS.

We agreed, that there is nothing that could result in a complaint.

About Helvetic: Yes, you are right, you have more leg space in the Fokker 100. (I prefer EW)
