The Arrival is located in the passageway between Terminals 1 and 2 (landside). It is a very small lounge and was subject to space constraints during construction. Accordingly, there is limited entry.

The only passengers entitled to use The Arrival are First Class and oneworld sapphire or emerald passengers arriving off a Cathay Pacific or Dragonair flight. Business Class passengers who are not also oneworld sapphire or emerald equivalent do not have entry rights for The Arrival.
