Lets have a big Brooklyn cheer for the folks in IT - AGAIN!

I purchased the DO tix for Mrs SG (NOLAlady) and myself on the same PNR. We are both Plat. I split the PNR a few weeks before the flight. Our flight is full due to a large convention ending in MSY and neither of us got our EUA beforfe OLCI. All items that are supposed to affect EUA priority are equal except time of purchase. My ticket number is lower, indicating an earlier purchase, even though purchased on the same PNR.

OLCI was seperate for each since they were on different PNR's. I OLCI'd NOLAlady first so her Sequence NUmber is lower than mine. We are both on the Upgrade Standby List but she is ahead of me on the list - WRONG!
