I got stopped by the WTMD goon in DTW after using an e-boarding pass to clear the ID check. That initial part went well though, I put my phone against the reader and it lit up my name, he matched it against my ID and that was it. However after I stepped through the WTMD the TSA goon on the other side demanded my boarding pass. When I told him I didn't have one and used an e-boarding pass instead he held me up and began waving the next person through waiting for someone to "verify" that I had used one.

What's the point if the TSA goons don't play along?
