'How to get to Hawaii in first using miles' without being specific to a particular FF program does seem appropriate for this forum.

But since cross-posting is generally frowned upon, and since the post referenced DL miles and the cross-post is in the DL forum, I'm going to assume the question really is a Delta question. I'm going to close the thread here and direct further discussion to the existing thread in the DL forum.
