Credit for United Express (Atlantic, Skywest)

I have the following flights coming up:

29JUN01 JFK-IAD UA7355 U-Express/Atlantic
17JUL01 SAN-LAX UA5210 Skywest

Would Aeroplan grant credit for these flights? They are not technically *Alliance flights BUT they certainly look like United Ailines Colours on the Metal.

Yes, you can earn miles on United Express flights.

In May, I flew to FAR on United Express, and received miles for the flights. I had to mail in the boarding passes, as my AP number was not in the computer(again).

The accumulating miles section of Aeroplan states you can earn miles on United Express, but does not mention Skywest.

Flying Buffalo - Thanks for the reply. Good to know that I have a chance. What is United Express anyway? Is it a conglomerate of smaller airlines that UA have bought over the years?

and P.S. How do you fly from BUF (nice little airport) to YYZ?

Dave

United Express carriers are regional airlines, which are operated based on a marketing code-share agreement with United Airlines. Each United Express carrier is an independet airline, responsible for their own operations and personnel.

I don't fly BUF-YYZ. I am not aware of any airline that operates that route. I usually drive up to YYZ the day of the flight or a day(sometimes days) prior to departure and spend time in the Mississauga area before flying out.
