I am a CO Plat flying NW in April (we will still be part of Sky Team then) with my family. I have gotten conflicting stories regarding baggage fees.

Is it true that ONLY NW/DL elites get the fees waived? Does SkyTeam status not provide any help in this area? The NWA website is very unclear.
