I agree. This is plain out stupid, or this is the final hurdle SAS is putting up for those who want to upgrade on long hault flight. Buying a P ticket with SAS and then upgrade is now not really an option. The P class ticket is to expensive in the first place. Secondly they often only get 25 % of the points and then thirdly the upgrade is costing nearly the same as a full C award ticket in the first place.
If they really want to out price them self in this marked, I think they now have succeeded
Can anyone now give me a good reason for choosing SAS anymore ? I have a had time finding one!
Besides, the service often sucks anyway! (You pay for full service and get nothing or close to nothing wile other charge you less and often provide at least some kind of service!)
