Even if they reverse most of the changes, the element of trust will be gone for a very long time after this serious of homicidal bombings (ok, I'm a little extreme on the hyberbole, but darn it, I'm mad).
No one is going to assume they'll have significant value obtainable out of banked Skymiles in the future.
