Ryanair online check-in question
I just booked a few flights taking advantage of the £10 no tax offer from STN-SZG, and in fact I got them all for £5 no tax so I'm very happy indeed.
I've actually booked more that I need because I'm not sure yet of my actual initerary. I booked 2 outbound flights and 3 possible returns figuring that by throwing away three £5 tickets, I end up with a much more flexible ticket to where I want to go for £25 and that's still cheaper than two legs on a £0.01 ticket with tax.
Now, thinking about it, I'm wondering whether I've actually done this all wrong, after feeling under pressure to make a decision so I could get the bookings made before the midnight deadline!
I booked two journeys as returns as one as a single. What happens if I use the outbound on one return ticket but want to come home on the return leg of a different ticket. Can I check in online days in advance for all 5 flights and then pick which ones to turn up for?
If I don't turn up for a return, I can't see much of a problem, but if I don't turn up for an outbound, is the corresponding return leg still going to be good?
Probably a dumb question, but if anyone knows that I've shot myself in the foot by not booking 5 singles, I might have to burn another fiver to make sure I have all the options I wanted.
Thanks.
