It is a bit delayed but I wanted to get back to everyone who helped me out with what we ended up doing. After having a bit of a mellow December 30th topped off with a Penguins game at the Igloo we had a great New Year's Eve. The weather was a bit snowy but we walked around the Strip District during the day before heading to Homestead to watch a movie and get ready for the evening. After the movie we went to the Melting Pot located in Station Square. They had a special deal for New Year's which included a meal for two, a $50 "dip card" good at this location and a champagne toast all for $150. After stuffing ourselves on chocolate, cheese and fondue we went to our hotel at the Sheraton Station Square where we had a partial view of the New Year's fireworks from Pittsburgh's First Night. Overall, a great trip to one of my favorite cities! Thanks everyone.
