My parents flew UA890 from NRT to LAX yesterday, and they arrived at 8am, approximately 40 minutes earlier than scheduled. When the plane arrived at the gate, the passengers were told that immigration officers have not arrived at T6/T7 yet, so they had to wait on the plane for 30 minutes.

What a way to say "Welcome to the USA!"
