IN the end, I had to call the elite line (as due to weather the co.com help line was a thirty minute wait. The agent did what I needed her to do and put a notation in my record that I had tried on line, so hopefully I can get my 100% eqms later.

The Rebooking flights showm, IMO, should match the flights available when booking a new reservation.
Ran into same issue this week with ewr-pos
