I'm a Long Haul truck driver and have no place to park my truck at the house. It's not uncommon however for drivers to take their rigs home, but there are a few whose trucks would be towed away at the drivers expense if they tried to park a class 8 tractor in their driveway. This "unfortunately" applies to me, so the cost of a "Y" ticket on WN is much cheaper than the cost of a "P" ticket at the courthouse. It works out good for me bbecause I enjoy flying. I will normally park in Ontario or Phoenix at our terminal locations, and catch a flight to the house on WN once every 3-4 weeks. Life is good.

I know a driver who lives in Maui, and commutes on HA to LAX and back every 4 weeks and drives a truck. He's been doing this for more than 15 years.

Erik.
