Only for Cambie! If you connect on Granville to SW Marine, you'll find you can't that easily get onto the bridge.
Note there are two crossings, the main freeway one at the Peace Arch, or the "truck" or "Pacific Highway" crossing a little east. There may or may not be much difference in wait times; several local radio stations in Vancouver have frequent border delay segments in their broadcasts.
There's an estimated wait time sign (not sure how accurate it really is) for both crossings just after you crest the White Rock terminal moraine. Not sure if the radio stations use this info or some other source.
One thing to note is that there are no public loos anywhere near the Pacific Hwy crossing, so if the lineup is long....
Could always pop into the Canada customs hall.....
